Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Skynaps (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Skynaps platform, available via our website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing, subscribing, or using Skynaps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Overview of the Service Skynaps is an online marketplace that connects farmers and traders (“Sellers”) from different countries with buyers (“Customers”) around the world. Sellers can subscribe to upload and showcase agricultural or related products. Customers can browse, order, and pay for these products securely via Paystack, our integrated payment gateway.

2. Eligibility By using Skynaps, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. You will use the Platform for lawful purposes only.

3. Account Registration Sellers and Buyers must create an account to access certain features. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account. Skynaps reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Subscription and Fees Sellers are required to pay a subscription fee to upload and market products on the Platform. Subscription plans, prices, and payment terms are displayed on the Platform and may be updated periodically. All payments are processed through Paystack. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Product Listings Sellers must ensure that all uploaded product information is accurate, clear, and not misleading. Products must comply with applicable laws and quality standards of both the seller’s and buyer’s countries. Skynaps reserves the right to review, edit, or remove listings that violate these Terms or appear suspicious.

6. Orders and Payments Customers can order and pay for products directly on the Platform via Paystack. Payments are held and released to Sellers according to our payment processing policy after successful confirmation. Skynaps is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers but acts as a facilitator of trade. Disputes related to orders must be reported through our customer support system for mediation.

7. Shipping and Delivery Sellers are responsible for packaging, shipping, and delivering products to buyers. Delivery timelines must be clearly stated in product listings. Skynaps is not liable for delays, damages, or losses during shipment unless stated otherwise in an official policy.

8. Refunds and Disputes Refunds will be handled according to the Skynaps Refund Policy. Buyers may request refunds under certain conditions such as non-delivery, wrong product, or defective items. Skynaps reserves the right to mediate disputes but does not guarantee a specific outcome. Decisions made under our dispute resolution process are final.

9. User Conduct You agree not to: Upload or sell prohibited or illegal goods. Use the Platform to engage in fraud, spam, or misrepresentation. Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property. Interfere with the operation of the Platform or violate its security. Violation of any of the above may lead to account suspension or permanent ban without refund.

10. Intellectual Property All content on the Platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Skynaps or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission. You retain rights to the content you upload but grant Skynaps a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, market, and distribute your listings on the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability Skynaps provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform. Skynaps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Privacy Policy Your personal information is collected, used, and protected according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully.

13. Termination Skynaps may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for fraudulent or abusive conduct. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Platform, and any unpaid balances or pending transactions will be handled according to our payment and refund policies.

14. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect upon posting to the Platform, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Insert Country — e.g., Nigeria]. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
