Refund Policy

1. Overview At Skynaps, we value the trust of our farmers, traders, and customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscription fees, product orders, and payments made through our platform. By using Skynaps, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. Subscription Refunds Farmers and traders who subscribe to upload and list their products on Skynaps are required to pay a subscription fee. Non-refundable Fees: All subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is completed, as the subscription grants immediate access to upload and manage products on the platform. Exceptions: Refunds may be granted only in the following cases: Duplicate payment due to a system error. Technical issues preventing account activation after payment. Unauthorized transaction verified by Paystack. All refund requests for subscriptions must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

3. Product Order Refunds Refunds for orders made through Skynaps depend on the nature of the transaction between the buyer and the seller (farmer or trader). Buyers are encouraged to verify product details before confirming any order. Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances: The product received is significantly different from what was described on the platform. The product is damaged, spoiled, or unfit for use upon delivery. The seller fails to deliver the product within the agreed delivery timeframe. In such cases, Skynaps may hold or reverse payment after a review of the dispute.

4. Refund Process To request a refund:
1. Send an email to info@skynapsng.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
2. Include the following information: Full name Transaction reference (from Paystack) Date of payment Description of the issue Proof of payment (screenshot or receipt) Once your request is received, our team will investigate and respond within 5–10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed via Paystack to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: Buyer changes their mind after confirming an order. Subscription period has already been used or expired. Failure to provide accurate account or delivery information. Disputes raised after 14 days from the transaction date.

6. Dispute Resolution In the event of a payment or delivery dispute between a buyer and a seller, Skynaps may temporarily hold the payment while investigating. Skynaps reserves the right to make the final decision based on evidence from both parties.
